No. 3.
Resolution in favor of Richard L. Jenkins, of Prince
George's County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore of Maryland, be and he
is hereby authorised and required to pay to Richard It.
Jenkins, of Prince George's County, Maryland, or to his or-
der, six dollars and ninety-seven cents, the balance due John
Smith a revolutionary pensioner at the time of his death.

No. 4.
Resolution in favor of Amos Willison of R, of Allegany
County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Amos Willison of R, of Allegany county, be and he is here-
by authorised to compound in the treasury on his certificate
of survey called Stackyard, and lying in the county afore-
said, and containing eight-six and seven-eights acres of land,
and that said certificate after it shall have been compound-
ed on and returned to the land office shall be as valid to all
intents and purposes as if the same had been returned with-
in the time required by law; provided nevertheless, that any
right acquired in any parlor the whole of said land by other
persons since the issuing of the warrant under which the said
survey was made shall not be affected by any thing contained
in this resolution.

Resolution in favor of the heirs of Capt. George Deal.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore of Maryland is hereby
authorised and required to pay Richard Thomas or order,
the balance due Captain George Deal, a revolutionary pen-
sioner, at the time of his death.
