An act for the benefit of Francis Richardson of Talbot
county.
|
Commission-
ers to levy.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Talbot county be, and they are
hereby authorized and empowered, at their discretion to
levy on the assessable property of said county at their next
levy, and annually thereafter, the sum of twenty dollars,
for the use and benefit of Francis Richardson an indigent
citizen of said county.

An act to close a Road therein mentioned.
|
Closed as a
public road.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the public road in Howard District of Anne Arundel
county, running from the road leading to Rockville to the
Unity Road, and situated near and back of Clarkville, and
upon the lands of James Clarke, Upton Dorsey and Tho-
mas Howard, be and the same is hereby closed as a public
road, and the owners of the land are hereby authorised to
shut up and enclose the same.

An act to authorise the Commissioners of Cecil County to
levy a sum of money for paying a balance due William B.
Biles and William Mackey.
|
Commission-
ers to levy.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Cecil county be authorised and
empowered to levy and assess upon the assessable property
of said county, the sum of ninety-four dollars and thirty-
one cents, to be paid to William B. Biles and William
Mackey, commissioners for building a bridge over Little
Elk, near the Rock Meeting House, it being a balance due
them for building said bridge.
