is now nearly completed to the entire satisfactions of said
bridge commissioners — therefore,

CHAP. 151.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the commissioners for Montgomery coun-
ty are hereby authorised and required to assess, and levy
on the assessable property of said count;, at the time of ma-
king their next county levy, the sum of two hundred dollars
with one years interest thereon, to be collected by the col-
lector or collectors for said county, and paid over to the
commissioners appointed to rebuild said bridge, by the act
to which this is a supplement, or to their order and to be
by them expended in payments for rebuilding said bridge.

ber session eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter
eighty.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the treasurer of the free school fund of
Montgomery county be, and he is hereby required, on or
before the first day of July in each and every year, to re-
turn a full account to the office of the commissioners of
Montgomery county of all monies which he may receive
as treasurer for safe keeping, together with the vouchers of
his disbursements, and it shall be the duty of the clerk of
the said board of commissioners to record the accounts
which may be rendered by said treasurer on a record to be
kept for that purpose, and the commissioners are required
to purchase records and to pay for the same, as also the
sum that may be necessary to record the same, out of the
school fund of Montgomery county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the managers of the
school districts which may be appointed under the provi-
sions of the act to which this is a supplement, be and they
are hereby directed to apply proportionately the school
fund to which each district may be entitled to the educa-
tion of the poor indigent children, that may be taught in
any school that may be established in their respective dis-

tricts; provided nevertheless, that this act shall not apply to
such districts in Montgomery county as may have been
divided into school districts by said managers and in which
school-houses may have been erected and teachers employ-
