the peace on which the warrant made the

   

same returnable, justice issuing the same or

   

some other justice without mentioning any

   

other justice by name, declared to be good

   

and valid judgments, &c. not to affect judg-

   

ments rendered prior, &c. which prior to

   

this act shall have been reversed on appeal

   

to county court.

In all cases now pending, &c. no exception

   

to be taken to the form of warrants, &c.

All sales under executions, rendered in

   

cases in which warrants was made returna-

   

ble as aforesaid, to have same effect as if

   

said warrant had been in due form, &c.

JUVENILE DELINQUENTS—A supplement to the act

   

to establish a house of refuge for, authorzing

   

the managers to return to contributors the

   

monies furnished towards erecting, or apply

   

the same as the contributors may direct.

plication directed, managers to appropriate

   

as shall have been directed, and their own

   

contributions by a majority in amount of
