LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 310.

March, eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter sixty-two,
be and the same is hereby repealed, and the act passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, chap-
ter three hundred and ninety-four, is hereby revived and in
full force.

Trustees to
allow 4 cents
per day for
tuition.

Repealed

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the trustees shall pay
not less than four cents per day for tuition, for all children
educated under the provisions of this act.
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts
or resolutions inconsistent with this act, be and they are
hereby repealed.

 

CHAPTER 309.

Passed March
9, 1842.

An act to confirm the Titles of Purchasers in the cases
therein referred to.

Made valid.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That all bargains, sales, conveyances, assign-
ments and transfers of property, and claims heretofore made
by any permanent trustee or trustees, duly and legally ap-
pointed under any of the insolvent laws of this state, be and
the same arc hereby made valid and effectual in law, not-
withstanding such trustee or trustees shall not have given

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall have force

act shall be so construed as to cure any other defect in the
proceedings, under existing laws relating to insolvents, than
the failure to give bond with security by any permanent
trustee or the want of ratification by the court of any sale
made by such trustee.

tor of Ramsay Waters, late Register of the Court of
Chancery.
