FRANCIS THOMAS, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

1841.

Margaret Bull twenty-five dollars each, payable to Joseph
Ward; to Elijah Furgusson twenty-five dollars and to Eliza-
beth Gallion twenty-five dollars; in Cecil county, to Ann
Campbell twenty-five dollars; in Prince George's county,
to Mary E. Wilson, John Wilson and Benjamin Wilson fif-
teen dollars each, payable to Richard L. Jenkins; to Pre-
cilla Upton twenty-five dollars, payable to William B. Ga-
ler; to Josiah Serat twenty-five dollars; to Mary A. Mc-
Gruder twenty dollars, payable to W. B. Brook; instead of
ten dollars allowed by the act of December session eighteen
hundred and thirty-nine, chapter three hundred and nine, to
Joanna Underwood thirty dollars, payable to James H.
Griffin; in Queen Anne's county, to Matthew Legg twenty
dollars; to Levin Woodall thirty dollars for the support of
his idiot son; to William Pearson thirty dollars; to Nehe-
miah Clark twenty-five dollars; to William Camper thirty
dollars in addition to the sum heretofore allowed him, and
they are hereby required to levy the same.

CHAPTER 307.

 

A supplement to an act entitled, a supplement to the act enti-
tled, an act to incorporate the Baltimore and Port De-
posite Rail Road Company, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty-Jive, chapter three hundred
and twenty-seven.

10, 1842

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners appointed in the act to which this
is a supplement, to ascertain and settle up the consequential
or prospective damages that have accrued from piling and
bridging Gunpowder and Bush River, be and they are here-
by allowed a further time of one year from the first of June,
eighteen hundred and forty-two, to settle such claims as
may have been preferred within the terms and provisions of
the original act to which this is a supplement.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
