and held at the City of Annapolis, on the last Monday
of December, being the twenty-seventh day of said month,
in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and
forty-one, and ended the tenth day of March, one thousand
eight hundred and forty-two.

An act for the relief of William D. Ball, Sheriff of Balti-
more City and County.

1843.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time within which William D. Ball, sheriff of Bal-
timore county, is by law required to give bond, shall be
and is hereby extended to the first day of February, in the
year eighteen hundred and forty-two; and that said bond
with securities, approved in the same manner and form as
prescribed bylaw, and duly recorded, shall have the same
effect, validity and operation, to every intent and purpose,
as if the same had been taken within the time now prescri-
bed by law.
