Repealed

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all laws or parts of law
inconsistent with the provisions of this act, shall be and the
same arc hereby repealed.

An additional supplement to an act to provide for electing
Commissioners for Harford County, and prescribing their
powers and duties.

Ineligible for
three years
|
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That no person who has qualified and acted as
commissioner under the act to which this is a supplement,
shall be eligible to serve in such office again until he shall
have been out of office for three years.

Mileage as
jurors
|
Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That each commissioner, in lieu
of the per diem now allowed, shall hereafter receive the
same per diem and mileage which is now allowed to jurors
in Harford county.

Repealed.
|
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all acts heretofore passed
inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and the same
are hereby repealed.

An act to establish a Public Road in Prince George's
County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Alexander Heck, Benjamin Welsh, Rich-
ard B. Walker, Thomas C. Duvall and John Beall of Jona-
than, of Prince George's county, are hereby appointed com-
missioners, any three or more of whom shall have power to
enter upon, survey, lay off and locate a road from some con-
venient and proper point on the road leading from Bladens-
burg to Riddle's Bridges, in the direction of and by the mill
of Samuel Hamilton to the Baltimore and Washington Turn-
pike road, and in locating a road, they may in their discre-
tion adopt the present road, or locate a new one in whole or
in part, said road to be not more than thirty feet in width.,
and be over good and practicable grounds.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said commissioner or
any three or more of them, shall Have power to value and
condemn the land or lands over which they may locate said.
