An act for the relief of Isaac C. Anderson, Sheriff and
Collector of Howard District of Anne Arundel County.

Proviso.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Isaac C. Anderson of Howard District of Anne Arun-
del county, be and he is hereby authorized within twelve
months after the passage of this act, to complete his collec-
tions as sheriff and collector; provided, that nothing herein
contained, shall be construed to extend the time of paying
over any money due from said Anderson, as sheriff or col-
lector as aforesaid.

An act authorizing the Levy Court of Frederick County,
in their discretion, to levy a sum of money therein men-
tioned.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the levy court of Frederick county, be and
they arc hereby authorized in their discretion, to levy a sum
of money, not exceeding eight hundred dollars, to be ap-
plied towards rebuilding the bridge across Linganore creek
in said county, on the road leading from New Market to
Walkersville.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in the event of their
making the said levy, they shall appoint two commissioners
to superintend the construction of said bridge, and regulate
their compensation.

An act entitled, an act to authorize the Commissioners of
Howard District of Anne Arundel County, to levy a sum
of money to be applied to the completion of a road there-
in mentioned.

Maryland, That the commissioners of Howard District of
Anne Arundel county, be and they are hereby authorized and
required at their next annual levy, to levy a sum of money
not exceeding three hundred dollars, which shall be applied
