rise the said Harriet or the said Solomon to contract mar-
riage, during the lifetime of each other.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said Harriet Lydia
Stover, shall have and be entitled to the exclusive control,
custody and guardianship of her children, born during her
marriage with the said Solomon, without let or hindrance
of her said husband.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said Solomon Sto-
ver, shall not be liable for any debts to be hereafter con-
tracted by the said Harrriet.

A supplement to an act, entitled an act to amend the Con-
stitution and Form of Government, so far as relates to
the division of Allegany County into Election Districts,
and to establish an additional Election District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, chapter one, entitled a
supplement to an act, entitled an act to amend the consti-
tution and form of government, so far as relates to the di-
vision of Allegany county into election districts, and estab-
lish an additional election district, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the proceedings had,
and the division made between districts numbers one and
ten, in said county, under the Act of Assembly, passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven,
chapter one hundred and eighty-three, entitled an act to
revise and alter the divisional lines between election dis-
tricts number one and number ten, in Allegany county, and
to change the place of holding elections, be and the same
is hereby revived and declared to be in full force and vir-
tue in law.
