Chief justices of magistrates' courts of,

to deliver to clerk of the county the doc-

kets kept by them, within 30 days after

this act shall go into operation,

Constables bonds to be taken in, to be

taken in the penal sum of $2, 000; fees to

be same as are authorised at the time of the

passage of this law,

"

The duty of the chief justices of magis-

trates' courts in, to transfer to some justice

of the peace within their districts, all un-

settled cases which would be within the

jurisdiction of single justices under this

act; and all cases depending as aforesaid,

which would not be within the jurisdiction

of single justices, shall be transferred to

the county court of said county to be de-

termined,

In case any writ of replevin, attachment,

capias ad respondendum, scire facias, or

attachment by way of execution, capias ad

satisfaciendum, or fieri facias, issued by

any of district courts, in such case the

sheriff or constable, in whose hands the

writ may be at the time of this act taking

effect, shall return the same to the justices

of the election district in which it was is-

sued, who shall take such proceedings

thereon as if it had been issued by a single

justice originally, etc.
