Preamble.
|
An act for the relief of Willy Janes.
WHEREAS, Willy Janes, a citizen of Indiana, and for-
merly a citizen of Montgomery county, Maryland, has re-
turned to Montgomery county, to relieve his bail; and
whereas, the health of the said Willy Janes is such as to
endanger his life by remain in jail the time required by the
existing laws of the State — Therefore,

ted.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Willy Janes, now in Montgomery county, be entitled
to the benefit of the insolvent laws of this State, by com-
plying with all the regulations of the insolvent laws, except
so far as residence is concerned.

Divorced.
|
An act to divorce Lydia Ann Greenwell, of the City of An-
napolis, from her husband Joseph, W. Greenwell.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Lydia Ann Greenwell be, and she is hereby divorced
from her husband Joseph W. Greenwell, a mensa et thoro.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That whenever hereafter Harford county court shall con-
firm an inquisition of a jury, as at present provided by the
charter of the Tide Water Canal Company, it shall be the
duty of the court, and they are hereby directed to enter
