the tide to the land mentioned in said deed, to the said John
Yost and his heirs and assigns, as fully as if the said John
Yost had been a naturalized citizen of the United States,
at the date of the said deed.

CHAP. 37.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That a deed from Henry
Baumgartner, and Catharine his wife, to Philip Yost, exe-
cuted and bearing date the second day of March, eighteen
hundred and thirty-five, and recorded among the land re-
cords of Frederick county, in Liber J. S. number forty-
nine, folios four hundred fourteen, four hundred fifteen and
four hundred and sixteen, be and the same is hereby made
valid and effectual, to pass the title to the land mentioned
in said deed, to the said Philip Yost and his heirs and as-
signs, as fully as if the said Philip Yost had been a natura-
lized citizen of the United States, at the date of the said
deed.

Deed made va-
lid.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That a deed from John Lin-
deman, and Elizabeth his wife, to Jacob L. Yost, executed
and bearing date the second day of March, eighteen hun-
dred and thirty-five, and recorded among the laud records
of Frederick county, in Liber J. S. number forty-nine, fo-
lios four hundred sixteen, four hundred seventeen and four
hundred and eighteen, be and the same is hereby made va-
lid and effectual, to pass the title to the land mentioned in
said deed, to the said Jacob L. Yost and his heirs and as-
signs, as fully as if the said Jacob L. Yost had been a na-
turalized citizen of the United States, at the date of the
said deed; and that a deed from Henry Esterline, to the said
Jacob L. Yost, executed and bearing date the twenty-ninth
day of March, in the year eighteen hundred and thirty and re-
corded among the land records of Frederick county, in Liber
J. S. number thirty-four, folios four hundred three, four and
five; and a deed from Henry Lippy, to the said Jacob L.
Yost, executed and bearing date the second day of April,
eighteen hundred and thirty-one, and recorded among the
land records of Frederick county, in Liber J. S. number
thirty-six, folios one hundred and seventy, one hundred and
seventy-one and one hundred and seventy-two, be and the
same are hereby made valid and effectual to pass the title
to the lands mentioned in said deeds to the said Jacob L.
Yost and his heirs and assigns, as fully as if. the said Jacob
L. Yost had been a naturalized citizen of the United States,
at the date of the said deeds.
