Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
our Senators and Representatives in Congress be requested
to vote for the repeal of the Sub-Treasury law.
Resolved, That a copy of the foregoing be sent to our
Senators and Representatives in Congress.

Resolution granting access and use of the Library to the
Officers of the two Houses.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the officers of each house shall have as free access to, and
use of the State Library during the session, as the mem-
bers of the Legislature have.

Resolution authorising the Commissioner of Loans to bor-
row One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars, for twelve
months, on a pledge of so much of the Bank Stock of
the State, as may be necessary to pay the interest on the
Public Debt on the first of April.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Commissioner of Loans be, and he is hereby authorised,
under the direction of the Treasurer of the Western Shore,
to borrow, lor twelve months, on a pledge of so much of
the bank stock of the State as may be necessary, one hun-
dred and fifty thousand dollars, at a rate of interest not ex-
ceeding six per centum, to pay the interest on the public
debt due the first day of April next.
