from her husband William Martin.

Divorced.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sarah Martin, of the city of Baltimore, be and she
is hereby divorced from her husband William Martin, a
mensa et thoro.

A supplement to the act, entitled an act to alter the mode
of appointing the Levy Court of Kent County, to pro-
vide for their election by the People, and to abolish the
Board of Commissioners of Tax, in said County, pas-
sed at December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-
eight, chapter three hundred and five.

Time of meet-
ing changed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the levy court of Kent county, shall annually
hereafter, meet on the first Monday of April, instead of
the third Monday, as provided for by the act to which this
is a supplement.

Inconsistent
acts repealed.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all such parts of said
original act, as are inconsistent with this act, be and the
same are hereby repealed.
