SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act of incorporation
shall enure lor thirty years from its passage.

CHAP. 158.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the Legislature reserves
to itself the right to alter or annul this act of incorporation
at pleasure.

An additional supplement to an, act, entitled an act for the
relief of the Poor of Worcester County, passed Februa-
ry thirteenth, eighteen hundred and twenty-two, chapter
one hundred and fifty-four.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, it shall and
may be lawful for the trustees of the poor of Worcester
county, to contract with the overseer of the poor of said
county in the month of August, annually, instead of May,
as provided for in the act to which this is a supplement.

An act, entitled an act to change the location of the School
now located at Townsend's Cross Roads, in the Middle
Election District, in Caroline County, to a place called
Chinquapin Ridge, in the same District.
|
Passed Feb. 27,
1841.
|
|
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the trustees of the school now located at Townsend's
cross roads, in the middle election district, in Caroline
county, be and they are hereby authorised to change the
location of said school to a place called Chinquopin ridge,
in said district.
