A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments,,
Section 205 of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title 'State Roads', sub-title 'State Highway Construction Bonds,
Second Issue', relating to construction of State Highways in the several
counties of the State".
