EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
ANNAPOLIS, MDV April 3, 1958.
Honorable John C. Luber
Speaker of the House of Delegates
State House
Annapolis, Maryland
Dear Mr. Speaker:
An apparent error in amending House Bill 119 renders a portion of
the Bill (line 38 on page 2) unintelligible. House Bill 8, passed at the
Special Session of 1958, eliminates this confusion, and has been signed by
me. Since House Bill 8 accomplishes the intended purpose of House Bill
119, to provide for consultation by the State Roads Commission with local
authorities with respect to changing priorities or substituting projects, I
have vetoed House Bill 119, which is returned herewith.
Respectfully,
THEODORE R. MCKELDIN,
TRMcK/TK Governor.
Which was read and ordered journalized.
