CHAPTER 383
(House Bill 493)

AN ACT to repeal Section 549 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title «Tal-
bot County", sub-title "Trappe", as said section was
amended by Chapter 40 of the Acts of 1937, said section
relating to the payment of certain funds to the Town of
Trappe.

WHEREAS, Chapter 560 of the Acts of 1947 provides for the
payment of certain funds from the gasoline tax and motor
vehicle licenses to the several municipalities of the State,
thereby making the above mentioned section unnecessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 549 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County", sub-title
"Trappe", as amended by Chapter 40 of the Acts of 1937, be
and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

Approved April 22, 1949.

(House Bill 494)

amended by Chapter 369 of the Acts of 1937, said section
relating to the payment of certain funds to the Town of
Oxford.
