street car, train or other vehicle, it shall not be necessary
to set forth the manner and means of death. It shall be
sufficient to use a formula substantially to the following
effect: "That A-B on the........ day of......... nineteen

hundred and........ at the County (City) aforesaid, unlaw-
fully, in a grossly negligent manner did kill and slay C-D".

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 108A of
Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supp. ),
title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish, " sub-title "Regu-
lations for Taking of Game and Fresh Water Game Fish in
Non-Tidal Waters, " be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

CHAPTER 6

(House Bill 8)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
131 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title
"Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, " including stores
and office buildings among the places in which drunken-
ness or disorderly conduct shall be a misdemeanor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 131 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title "Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, " be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

131. Every person who shall be found drunk, or acting
in a disorderly manner, to the disturbance of the public
peace, upon any public street or highway, in any city, town
or county, in this State, or at any place of public worship
or public resort or amusement in any city, town or county
of this State, or in any store during business hours or in any
elevator, lobby or corridor of any office building in any city,
town or county of this State, shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject
to a fine of not more than Fifty Dollars, or be confined in
jail for a period of not more than sixty days or be both fined
