189. To the bequest of $1,000.00 to the Home for Aged
Women of Easton, Maryland, Inc., under the Will of Ella
Fishburn dated October 10, 1946, and which has been pro-
bated and properly recorded in the Orphans' Court for Tal-
bot County.

190. To deed from Domenico Del Vecchio, surviving ten-
ant by the entirety with Gaetana Freni Del Vecchio, who
died on December 9, 1945, and Josephine L, Del Vecchio,
his wife, to The Bethesda Christian Church, Inc., dated
March 5, 1947, and recorded among the Land Records for
Montgomery County, Maryland, on March 12, 1947, in Liber
No. 1073, Folio 226, conveying Lots 1, 2 and 3 in "Drum's
First Addition to Drummond, Montgomery County, Mary-
land; excepting from said Lot 1 so much thereof as was
deeded to the County Commissioners of Montgomery Coun-
ty by Peter Bisset and wife, by deed dated February 12,
1935, recorded in Liber No. 602, at Folio 300, for the widen-
ing of Wisconsin Avenue.

191. To legacy of $5,000.00 to Christ Church under the
will of the late Mr. Samuel P. Morton, Jr.

192. To deed from Roy M. Coffman and Elizabeth T.
Coffman, his wife, to the Christian Science Society of Sil-
ver Spring, Maryland, of a parcel of ground in Montgomery
County and recorded in Liber 1106, Folio 91, of Montgom-
ery County.

193. To two deeds to the Trustees of the Landover Hills
Baptist Church of Landover Hills, the first of these being
an assignment of leasehold interest from Merle E. Shade
and Gladys S. Shade, his wife, dated December 29, 1945,
and recorded March 6, 1946, in Liber 804, at Folio 346, of
the Land Record of Prince George's County, Maryland; the
other being a deed from William Bowie and Frederick X.
Wilson, joint tenants, dated July 7, 1947, and recorded July
15, 1947, in Liber 928, at Folio 335, of said Land Records.
Both of these deeds convey Lot 8, Block "B", in the sub-
division known as "Section 5, Landover Hills", as per plat
thereof recorded among the plat records of Prince George's
County, Maryland, in Plat Book B. B. No. 8, at Folio 47.

194. To deed from Roger Bellis, widower, to Franklin J.
Robinson, et al, Trustees, conveying Lot 6, in Block "B",
"Wine and Johnson's Second Addition to Hyattsville," in
Prince George's County, Maryland, same being dated August
21, 1902, and being recorded among the Land Records for
said Prince George's County in Liber 9, at Folio 477.
