182. To the bequest of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000)
to the 'Society', First Church of Christ, Scientist, Chevy
Chase, Maryland, contained in the last Will and Testament
of Mrs. Rae F. Kaufman of Washington, D. C.

183. To the following devises from Elizabeth S. Tilyard,
the Will being recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City, Liber E. R. D. 152, Folio 360:

(a) Devise of an annual ground rent of $70,
issuing and payable out of property known as 1903 West
Mulberry Street, valued at $1120; and

(b) Devise of an annual ground rent of $48, is-
suing and payable out of property known as 606 South
Payson Street, valued at $768; and

(c) Devise of an annual ground rent of $48, is-
suing and payable out of property known as 608 South Pay-
son Street, valued at $768; and

(d) A bequest of 5 shares of Columbia Tin
Company common stock.

184. To deed dated October 20, 1945, recorded in Liber
M.L.P. 6813, Folio 358, wherein property 1506 E. Chase
Street, subject to a ground rent of $72.00 was deeded by
Harry L. Warnken to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and for
a deed dated October 20, 1945, for properties 1508-10 E.
Chase Street, recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber M.L.P. 6813, Folio 355, wherein a deed
was granted by Samuel J. Aaron and Rebecca Aaron, his
wife and Leon A. Crane to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church,
properties each subject to ground rent of $37.50.

185. To the bequest to All Saints Protestant Episcopal
Church, 'under the Will of John Z. Davidson, One Thousand
Dollars ($1000.00).

186. To the bequest to the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church in Chestertown under the Will of Mrs.
Ruth A. Cahall recorded in F.W.S. No. 1, Folio 108. of
Kent County.

187. To deed from Albert J. Zager to the property
known as 811-813 N. Central Avenue, subject to ground rent
of $48.00 on each lot to The United American Free Will
Baptist Church of Maryland, Inc.

188. To the bequest to the First Church of Christ Sci-
entist, Baltimore, Maryland from Miss Etta M. Gilbreath
under Will recorded in J. H. B. No. 222, Folio 23, Balti-
