and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-

(a) $1100.00 to Evangelical Lutheran Church of
the Redeemer, Vermont Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.

(b) $500.00 to St. James Protestant Episcopal
Church, Irvington, Baltimore, Maryland.

154. To the grant and deed of a lot of ground known as
235 S. Augusta Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, and more
particularly described in a deed dated May 29, 1947, from
Francis G. Cleveland Hayden and Cecelia F. Hayden, his
wife, to the Trustees of Memorial Methodist Church, Inc.,
of Baltimore, Maryland, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No. 7148, Folio
95.

155. To the bequest of One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars
and also to the bequest of one-half of the rest and residue of
the estate of Katharine Gruenbein to First Church of Christ
Scientist, a body corporate, of Catonsville, Baltimore Coun-
ty, Maryland, as contained in the last Will and Testament
of said Katharine Gruenbein, late of Baltimore County,
Maryland, deceased, dated August 9th, 1945, and recorded
in the office of Register of Wills of Baltimore County in
"Wills" Liber J.P.C. No. 40, Folio 368.

156. To the bequest of the rest and residue to The Milton
M. Frank Foundation, Inc., contained in the last Will and
Testament of Milton M. Frank, deceased, taken from
"Wills" Liber J. H. B. 223, Folio 528, of the records in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

157. To the devises and bequests contained in the last
Will and Testament of Amelia D. Featherstone, late of
Montgomery County, deceased, of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for Montgomery County in Will Book
W.C.C. No. 3, Folio 115, to Baltimore Monthly Meeting of
Friends, Homewood.

158. To a grant contained in a deed dated June 5, 1945,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber M. L. P. 6753, Folio 600, and in a deed dated March
19, 1946, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber M. L. P. 6913,, Folio 398, from Paul H.
Walker and Margaret Walker, his wife, and Grover P. Led-
ford, et al., respectively, to State Board of Trustees of the
Churches of God in the State of Maryland, conveying the
