(Senate Bill 109)

AN ACT to repeal Section 325 of Article 21 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County, " sub-title "Officers' Fees, " said section
relating to the counties to which the provisions of Sec-
tion 324 of said Article apply.

WHEREAS, Section 324 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws was repealed by Chapter 883 of the Acts of
1943, thereby rendering Section 325 unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 325 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, "
sub-title "Officers' Fees, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to authorize and empower The Mayor and Council
of Easton to borrow upon the faith and credit of the
Town of Easton a sum not exceeding Two Hundred
and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250, 000. 00) at a rate of
interest not exceeding five per cent. (5%), and to issue
and sell coupon bonds therefor, and to provide generally
the terms of said bonds and the terms and manner of
the sale thereof; to provide that the proceeds thereof
shall be used for the purpose of providing additional
equipment for, and making improvements, replacements
and repairs in the electric system and plant of the Town
