appear by a certain date in the order nisi named, but not
less than sixty days from the date of said order, to show
cause why said sale shall not be ratified, and a copy thereof
shall be published not less than once in three successive
weeks, as the Court may direct, and if it appear to the
Court that said order nisi was published as herein pro-
vided, and if no objections to the ratification of such sale
shall be filed within the time limited by said order nisi, or
, if objections to the ratification of such sale shall be filed
within the time limited by said order nisi, or if objections
be filed and the objector is unable or fails to show that
the Town Manager of Princess Anne has failed to comply
with the provisions of this sub-title, and if the said real
estate be not redeemed as hereinafter provided, the sale
shall be ratified by the Court, but not until after the ex-
piration of one year from the date of the sale of said real
estate, and if the objections to sale under this section show
to the satisfaction of the Court that the said Town Man-
ager of Princess Anne has failed to comply with the pro-
visions of this Act, the sale shall be set aside, and if the
aforesaid tax and interest remain unpaid, the said Town
Manager of Princess Anne shall at once proceed to make
a new sale of the property; provided the purchaser at said
tax sale or any person interested in said sale may have a
copy of said order nisi served upon any person, firm, or
corporation who has or claims to have, or may have any
interest in said property so sold for taxes as aforesaid,
and as to any such person, firm or corporation served with
a copy of said order nisi and those claiming under them,
the action of the Court with respect to the ratification of
said sale shall be final and conclusive.

317Q. When the sale of town real estate is made in con-
firmity to the provisions of this sub-title, and the said
sale has been duly ratified by the Circuit Court for Somer-
set County, the Town Commissioners of Princess Anne
shall give a deed conveying said property to the purchaser
thereof, and it shall not be necessary in said deed to recite
all the proceedings contained in the report of sale, but
it shall be sufficient merely to give in said deed the num-
ber of the Chancery case in which the sale is reported, and
make it a part of the deed for a more full and complete
description of the proceedings and property; but it shall
be necessary for the said deed to show the former owner
of the property it conveys; and the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Somerset County, in whose office the same must
be recorded, shall index it not only in the name of the
grantor and grantee, but also in the name of and as from
the former owner to the grantee.
