determine. In the event the Supervisors of Elections of
any county shall provide for such registration the County
Commissioners of said county shall make available suffi-
cient funds to pay the officers of registration designated
or named to make such registration and other necessary
expenses, in which event the said Supervisors of Elections
shall either appoint the registration officers (one from
each of the two major political parties of the State) to
constitute a board of registry for the purposes of this
section or one majority member and the minority member
of the Board of Supervisors of Elections may constitute
the board of registry for the purposes of this section.

(b) All registrations made under the provisions of
this section shall be subject to review on revision days by
the several boards of registry, as authorized by Section 18
of this Article. All the provisions of this Article as to
registration of voters, except as otherwise provided in this
section, shall be applicable in making registrations under
this section.

(c) It shall be mandatory in Harford County to pro-
vide for the registration of voters as in this section speci-
fied on at least one regular day in each and every month
and the County Commissioners and Supervisors of Elec-
tions of Harford County shall make provision for such
registration of voters.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

CHAPTER 221
(Senate Bill 160)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
10 of Article 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Bills of Exchange and Promis-
sory Notes, " sub-title "Legal Holidays, " to provide 'that
when the 12th day of February occurs on Sunday, the
following Monday shall be deemed a public holiday.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section. 10 of Article 13 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Bills of Exchange
and Promissory Notes, " sub-title "Legal Holidays, " be
