as sub-section (b-1) and to follow immediately after
sub-section (b) of said Section 74, relating to the time
for consuming alcoholic beverages on certain premises
in Washington County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to Sec-
tion 74 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Hours and Days for Sale", said new sub-section to be
known as sub-section (b-1) and to follow immediately
after sub-section (b) of said Section 74, and to read as
follows:
74.
(b-1) In Washington County, this Section shall be
applicable from 12 o'clock midnight to 6 o'clock A. M. on
the following day, and in all other respects as hereinabove
provided.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
16 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Elections, " sub-title "Regis-
tration, " relating to the registration of voters in Harford
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 16 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Elections, " sub-title
"Registration, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
16. (a) In addition to the days of registration in the
several election precincts and districts as provided in this
Article, the Supervisors of Elections of the several counties
are hereby authorized to provide for the registration of
voters at their respective offices at their respective county
seats on such days and during such hours as they shall
