(g) It shall be unlawful to shoot or shoot at any game bird,
game animal, fur-bearing animal, wild bird or wild quad-
ruped from an automobile or other vehicle or on or within
100 yards of any paved public highway of this State, except
in Kent County where it shall be unlawful so to shoot from
any public highway, or have in possession in or on an auto-
mobile or other vehicle a loaded shot-gun or rifle containing
any ammunition in the magazine or chamber.

22. (Bag Limits Per Day. ) It shall be unlawful for any
person to take or kill or have in possession in any one day
while hunting more game than hereinafter enumerated, except
as changed by regulations adopted and promulgated by the
Game and Inland Fish Commission, under authority con-
ferred upon it by Section 5:

Wild Ducks.............. 25 in aggregate of all kinds

Geese.................... 5 in aggregate of all kinds

Brant................... 5

Wilson Snipe or Jacksnipe.. 10

Railbirds................. 15 in aggregate of all kinds

Squirrels................. 6

Partridge or Quail........ 6

Male English, Mongolian

and Mutant Pheasant

and Ruffed Grouse....... 2 Not over six per season

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.
