possession for mounting. All such wild birds, wild quadrup-
eds, or fish, or parts of wild birds, wild quadrupeds, or fish
acquired illegally or being possessed illegally, found in the
possession of any person practicing the art of taxidermy and
fur tanning, shall be confiscated by the officer making the
arrest and turned over to the Director who may dispose of
same as he may deem advisable for the best interest of the
State. Any person failing to file a report as required by this
Section, or filing a false report, shall have his license revoked
for such cause.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
21 (a) and (g) and 22 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Birds, Game and
Inland Water Pish", sub-title "Upland and Migratory Game
Birds and Animals", clarifying the provisions of said
sections.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 21 (a) and (g) and 22 of Article 99 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-title "Upland and Migra-
tory Game and Birds and Animals'7, be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
21.
(a) The open season for game birds and game animals
shall be as follows, excepting as changed by regulations
adopted and promulgated by the Game and Inland Fish Com-
mission under authority conferred upon it by Section 5:
