Game Fish in Non-Tidal Waters, " clarifying and revising
said sections generally.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 94, 95, 96, 9T(c), 98, 99, 102, 104(f) and
105 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
Supplement), title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish, "
sub-title "Regulations for the Taking of Game and Fresh
Water Game Fish in Non-Tidal Waters, " be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

94. No person shall fish for, take, catch, kill, or have in
possession any game or fresh water fish except during such
periods and in such manner as provided for in this Article,
unless changed by regulations promulgated by the Game
and Inland Fish Commission, under authority conferred
upon it by Section 5.

95. (Open Seasons. ) The open season for taking of game

and fresh water fish in non-tidal waters shall be as follows,

except as changed by regulations adopted and promulgated

by the Game and Inland Fish Commission under authority

conferred upon it by Section 5:

Large and Small Mouth Bass........ July 1 to November 30.

Susquehanna Salmon, Pike

or Pickerel.................. July 1 to November 15.

Striped Bass (commonly known

as Hock).................... June 1 to November 30.

Brook Brown, and Rainbow Trout...... April 15 to July 15.

Shad, Hickory Shad, and Herring...... March 15 to June 20.

Suckers, Catfish, Carp, Eels, Gudgeons,

all special of Sunfish, including Bluegills,
Rock Bass, commonly known as Red-eye,
Fallfish................ February 15 to November 30.

All other species of Game or Fresh

Water Fish.................. July 1 to November 30.

96. (Trout. ) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish
for or catch any fish of any species in any of the non-tidal
waters or streams which have been stocked with trout by the
Game and Inland Fish Commission or Federal Government
between the hours of 8: 00 P. M. and 5: 30 A. M. standard
time during the open season for taking trout.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fish for, take or
catch fish of any species from or in the Savage River or the
Little Savage River and their tributaries in Garrett County
and Evitt's Creek and its tributaries in Allegany County
except during the trout season.
