or her decision for or against baseball and motion pictures
on Sunday.
If a majority of the votes cast at said election in the
County of Wicomico on said question shall be "For Baseball
and Motion Pictures on Sunday", then Sections 1 and 2 of
this Act shall automatically become effective in said county.
If a majority of the votes cast in said county on said question
shall be "Against Baseball and Motion Pictures on Sunday",
then Sections 1 and 2 of this Act shall not become effective
in said county.

(House Bill 212)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
151 and 152 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-
title "Hawkers and Peddlers", relating to the licensing of
wholesale and retail peddlers in Calvert County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 151 and 152 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cal-
vert County", sub-title "Hawkers and Peddlers", be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
151. No huckster, hawker or peddler shall sell or offer for
sale any vegetables, eggs, poultry, meats or other farm prod-
ucts, at wholesale or retail or any dry goods or clothing
at retail, in Calvert County until he shall have first taken
out a license for that purpose in accordance with the pro-
visions of this sub-title; provided, however, that this sub-
title shall not apply to the farmers or growers selling their
own vegetables or other perishable farm products.
152. For every such license, the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Calvert County shall be paid Seventy-Five Dollars
($75. 00) per annum for a wholesalers license and One
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150. 00) per annum for a re-
tailer's license. The receipts from said licenses shall be given
to the County Treasurer to be placed in the general funds.
