subdivision to the southerly line of Bickford's Resubdivision
of a portion of the "Addition to Berwyn"; thence north-
westerly with said southerly line of Bickford's Resubdivision
to the northeast corner of Lot 4 in Block 17 of Lakeland Sub-
division; thence with the line between Lots 4 and 5, Block 17,
of Lakeland Subdivision to Navahoe Street; thence diagonally
across Navahoe Street to the northeast corner of Lot 3 in
Block 18 of Lakeland Subdivision; thence with the line be-
tween Lots 3 and 2 in Block 18 of Lakeland Subdivision to the
north property line of the Maryland State Forest Nursery;
thence westerly along the north property line of the Maryland
State Forest Nursery to the center line of the Baltimore-
Washington Boulevard; thence; southerly along the center
line of the said Boulevard to the center line of the Paint
Branch; thence southeasterly along the center line of the
said Paint Branch to the center line of Indian Creek; thence
northwesterly along the center line of Indian Creek to the
point of beginning.

(e) The Fourth District shall be the Berwyn District and
shall consist of all that portion, of the Town of College Park
lying north of the center line of University Lane and lying
west and north of the Lakeland District and line west of the
eastern right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
and lying south of the center line of Branchville Road and
the prolongation thereof.

(f) The Fifth District shall be the Northern District and
shall consist of all that portion of the Town of College Park
lying north of the center line of Branchville Road and the
prolongation thereof.

4. The government of said town shall be vested in a
Mayor, two (2) Councilmen at Large, five (5) District
Councilmen (one (1) District Councilman for each of the
several Districts of the town), and such other officers as are
hereinafter designated or shall be appointed by the Mayor
and Common Council; and each officer appointed shall con-
tinue to hold office for such term or terms as the Mayor and
Common Council shall determine. The Mayor and the two
(2) Councilmen at Large shall be elected by the combined
vote of the electorate of said town; the several District
Councilmen shall be elected by the voters within their re-
spective Districts. Each elective officer of said town shall
be a freedholder or the spouse of a freeholder, shall have
attained the age of 25 years, must be a citizen of the
United States and a, resident of the State of Maryland, and
must be a registered voter of the said State and of the said
town. Each elective officer of the Town of College Park must
