hereby authorized. Such taxes shall be levied notwith-
standing any other statutory limitation upon the powers of
the Town to levy ad valorem taxes or the rate or rates
at which such taxes may be levied. Said bonds shall con-
stitute, and they shall so recite, an irrevocable pledge by
the Town of its full faith and credit and its unlimited
taxing power hereby granted to the payment of the prin-
cipal and interest of said bonds as and when the same
respectively mature. All such taxes levied for the purpose
of paying such principal and interest shall be levied in
the same manner as other Town taxes are levied and col-
lected and shall likewise constitute a lien upon all prop-
erty on which they are imposed. The proceeds of said
taxes so collected shall be set apart in a separate fund
from which shall be paid only the principal and interest
of the bonds hereby authorized.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That nothing herein
contained shall be taken or constituted as in any way
limiting or repealing the authority of the State Board of
Health of Maryland with respect to the sanitary facilities
and operations of the Town, but in all other respects all
laws or parts of laws inconsistent herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency, and especially
the provisions of Section 1039 and Sections 1074 to 1107,
inclusive, of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Montgomery County, Maryland (1947 Edition) are
hereby declared inapplicable to the authority hereby
granted.
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
982 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery
County (1947 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "Rockville", and to add four new sec-
tions to said Code, said sections to be known as Sec-
tions 982B to 982E, to follow immediately after Section
982A, extending the boundaries of the Town of Rock-
