sary road in and to such parks in order that the public may
have convenient access to and within said parks; and
WHEREAS, under the present uncertain arrangements, the
county commissioners of the several counties are compelled
to take funds available for county roads in order to con-
struct and maintain access roads to the State parks; now
therefore be it
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That this
Body endorse the principle that the State should provide the
necessary funds required to construct adequate roads within
the several parks throughout the State and access roads
thereto; and be it further
Resolved, That it is the sense of the General Assembly
that a plan for the construction and maintenance of access
roads be suggested by the State Roads Commission and by
the State Department of Forests and Parks, working jointly;
and be it further
Resolved, That it is the feeling of the General. Assembly
that plans for any such access road work be properly inte-
grated within the present program of the State Roads Com-
mission; and be it further
Resolved, That the Secretary of State of Maryland be and
he is hereby instructed to send copies of this Resolution to
the Governor of Maryland, to the Chairman of the State
Roads Commission, and to the Director of the Department of
Forests and Parks.

Joint Resolution requesting the Governor to re-appoint a
Commission to study the general corporation laws and to
recommend such amendments thereto as to it may seem
desirable.
WHEREAS, the general corporation laws of Maryland have
been amended from time to time but have not been revised
