27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments", said new section to be known as
Section 647A, to follow immediately after Section 647 of said
Article" and to be under the new sub-title "Indictment or In-
formation Furnished Accnsed", and to read as follows:
INDICTMENT OR INFORMATION FURNISHED ACCUSED
647A. In every indictment or information for the alleged
commission of a criminal offense in this State, the accused
shall be furnished a copy thereof as soon as practicable after
the same shall have been prepared, and at the expense of the
prosecuting authority.
SEC. 2. And he it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
84, 87, 88, 89 and 90 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), being Article 2 of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Annapolis Metro-
politan Sewerage Commission"; extending the boundaries
of the Annapolis Metropolitan Sewerage District, granting
the Annapolis Metropolitan Sewerage Commission addi-
tional authority with regard to the construction of sub-
main sewers, clarifying the provisions as to the debt au-
thorized to be incurred by said Commission and modifying
certain provisions having to do with the Sinking Fund to
be created by said Commission.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 84, 87, 88,. 89 and 90 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), be-
ing Article 2 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Annapolis Metropolitan Sewerage Commission", be repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, said sections to read as
follows:
84. All that part of Anne Arundel County within the
bounds comprising all of the drainage areas of Back Creek,
Spa Creek, Dorseys Creek, and those parts of the drainage
|
