Commission and any such exchange, effected as aforesaid,
shall be deemed and is hereby declared to be an acquisition of
land for the public uses hereinabove denned.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 669

(Senate Bill 16)

AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 43 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Health",
to be under sub-title "Anatomy Board", said new sections
to be known as Sections 161A, 161B, 161C and 161D and
to follow immediately after Section 161 of said Article,
creating the Anatomy Board and relating to its powers
and duties, and to repeal Sections 175 and 176 of Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of "Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Coroners", and
Sections 390 and 391 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition),
title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Coroners, Inquests and
Dead Bodies".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That four new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Sup-
plement), title "Health", to be under sub-title "Anatomy
Board", said new sections to be known as Sections 161A,
161B, 161C and 161D, to follow immediately after Section 161
of said Article, and to read as follows:

ANATOMY BOARD

161 A. (a). The Anatomy Board of Maryland is hereby
created and shall consist of four members, two of whom shall
be members of the Department of Anatomy of the University
of Maryland Medical School and two of whom shall be mem-
