44. To the bequest contained in Item Three of the Last
Will and Testament of Howard Este Gilbert, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, duly probated and filed for record in
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City and
recorded in Liber J.H.B. No. 224, Folio No. 191, wherein all
of the testator's rest, residue and remainder of his estate was
devised and bequeathed unto the Vestry of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of St. Michael and All Angels, now located
on the Northeast Corner of St. Paul and Twentieth Streets,
in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland. See also deed
dated October 27, 1947 from Garner W. Denmead, Executor
to the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels
recorded among the late records of Baltimore City in Liber
M.L.P. No. 7319, Folio No. 169.

45. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Eliza Ann Kennedy, late of the City of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, deceased, said will being duly probated
and filed in the office of Register of Wills, of Baltimore City
and recorded in Liber J.H.B. No. 223 Folio No. 252, as fol-
lows:

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of what-
soever kind or wheresoever situated, real or personal, I give,
devise and bequeath as follows:

(a) To the Vestry of St. Michael and All Angels Protestant
Episcopal Church, in the City of Baltimore for its Endow-
ment Fund, twenty-five per centum (25%) of said rest, resi-
due and remainder of my estate.

(b) To the Vestry of St. Michael and All Angels Protestant
Episcopal Church, of the City of Baltimore, to be used by
said Vestry for the benefit of the Church of the Guardian
Angel, five per centum (5%) of said rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate.

(c) To the Vestry of St. Michael and All Angels Protestant
Episcopal Church, of the City of Baltimore, to be used by
said Vestry for the benefit of the Women's Guild, one and
one-half per centum (1 1/2%) of said rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate.

(d) To the Vestry of St. Michael and All Angels Protestant
Episcopal Church, of the City of Baltimore, to be used by
said Vestry for the benefit of The Woman's Auxiliary, one
and one-half per centum (1 1/2%) of said rest, residue and
remainder of my estate.
