(j) (Prince George's County. ) In Prince George's County
the license fee shall be Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00) an-
nually.

(g) (Prince George's County. ) In Prince George's County
(1) the annual fee for such a license shall be Seven Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($750. 00); (2) such a license may be issued
to any Agricultural Association, or Agricultural Fair As-
sociation where restaurant facilities are available or to the
duly authorized concessionaires of any such association for a
limited period of time upon payment of a license fee of Five
Dollars ($5. 00) per day for the period of such license.

(g) (Prince George's County. ) In Prince George's County
such a license may be issued to a bona fide non-profit or-
ganization or club composed solely of members who served
in the armed forces of the United States, in any war in
which the United States has engaged, which organization or
club operates solely for the use of its own members and their
guests when accompanied by such members; provided such
club or organization meets in a clubhouse that is used for
no other purpose, the fee for such license shall be Two Hun-
dred and Fifty Dollars ($250. 00).

(c) (Prince George's County. ) In Prince George's County
the fee for assignment or transfer of a license shall be One
Hundred Dollars ($100. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.
