It shall be unlawful to fish with nets or rod, hook and
line, from any boat or float of any kind two days prior to the
open season or seasons as promulgated by the Department of
Interior, for the hunting of wild waterfowl, and running
through and until the day following the closing of such season
or seasons, as so promulgated from year to year, in the waters
of Gunpowder River lying within Baltimore County, in Bird
River, and in the waters of their tributaries lying within
Baltimore County.

(b) It shall be unlawful to fish with seines or nets of any
kind in the waters of Sue's Creek west of a line drawn from
the northeasternmost point of Sue's Island to extremity of
Rockaway Beach road at the southern tip of Turkey Point.

(c) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the
waters of Dundee Creek, with nets of any kind west of a line
drawn from Levering's Point on the north to Marshy Point
on the south.

(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the waters
of Gunpowder River lying in Baltimore County, with nets,
from the 15th day of May to the 15th day of September, both
dates inclusive, in every year.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

(House Bill 748)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
279 (a) of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title
"Fraud—Motor Fuels", relating to the fraudulent sale of
certain lubricating oils.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 279 (a) of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments", sub-title "Fraud—Motor Fuels", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:

279. (a) To store, sell, expose for sale, or offer for sale,
any gasoline, motor-fuel, kerosene, oil or other liquid fuels,
