AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(f) of Section 6 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
subtitle "Beer Licenses", to add a new sub-section to Sec-
tion 8 of said Article and sub-title, to be known as Sub-
section (ee) and to follow immediately after Sub-section (e)
of said Section 8; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Sub-section (f) of Section 9 of said Article and sub-title,
and Sub-section (e) of Section 11 of said Article, sub-title
"Beer and Light Wine Licenses"; to add a new sub-section
to Section 13 of said Article, sub-title "Beer and Light Wine
Licenses", to be known as Sub-section (dd) and to follow
immediately after Sub-section (d) of said Section 13; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section (e) of
Section 14 of said Article, and Sub-title "Beer and Light
Wine Licenses", Sub-section (g) of Section 16 of said
Article, sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", Sub-
section (e) of Section 17 of said Article and last-mentioned
sub-title, and Sub-section (e) of Section 18 of said Article
and last-mentioned sub-title, increasing license fees in Cecil
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (f) of Section 6 and Sub-section (f)
of Section 9 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-
title "Beer Licenses", be and they are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, and a new sub-section be and it is
hereby added to Section 8 of said Article and sub-title, said
new section to be known as Sub-section (ee), to follow im-
mediately after Sub-section (e) of said Section 8; that Sub-
section (e) of Section 11 and Sub-section (e) of Section 14
of said Article, sub-title "Beer and Light Wine Licenses", be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, and a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to
Section 13 of said Article and sub-title, said new sub-section
to be known as Sub-section (dd), to follow immediately after
Sub-section (d) of said Section 13; that Sub-section (g) of
Section 16, Sub-section (e) of Section 17 and Sub-section (e)
of Section 18 of said Article, sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor
Licenses", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, and all to read as follows:

(f) (Cecil County. ) In Cecil County the annual license fee
for such license shall be Sixty Dollars ($60. 00).
