said Board, for the additions and alterations to existing
school buildings, to purchase land and erect thereon new
school buildings, to purchase new equipment for existing and
newly constructed schools and to pay architects and other
professional fees in connection with such construction.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose of
paying the interest on said notes and/or bonds and for re-
deeming said notes and/or bonds as they mature, the County
Commissioners of Talbot County and the County Board of
Education of said County shall apply to the payment of the
same all monies paid to the Board of Education of Talbot
County or the County Commissioners of said County, under
the School Construction Incentive Plan established by Sec-
tion 199C of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), or as said plan may be modified or en-
larged by the Acts of. the General Assembly of Maryland at
its 1949 Session or thereafter until such times as all of said
notes and/or bonds have been fully liquidated and paid. The
County Commissioners of Talbot County shall likewise apply
to the payment of the interest and/or principal of all notes
and/or bonds issued under the authority of this Act all
monies that may become available from the United States
Government for school improvement or building purposes,
whether the same are payable to the County Commissioners
of Talbot County or the Board of Education of Talbot Coun-
ty, until such time as all notes and/or bonds issued under
the authority of this Act have been fully liquidated and paid
and the Board of Education of Talbot County is hereby re-
quired to pay over to the County Commissioners of Talbot
County for the purpose of the payment of such interest or
principal of such notes and/or bonds, any funds received
from the United States Government insofar as it is permis-
sible under the terms of the grant of the United States
Government to apply such funds to school improvement or
building purposes, until such time as such notes and bonds
have been fully liquidated and paid.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Talbot County shall annually levy such tax
upon the assessable property of said County as may be neces-
sary, together with the monies required by Section 3 of this
Act to be applied to the payment of interest on and principal
of said notes and/or bonds, to pay the annual interest on
said notes or bonds and to redeem said notes and/or bonds
as they become due until all of said notes and/or bonds shall
mature and be redeemed. The taxes so levied shall be collect-
