1398 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 583

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 631 of the Code of Prince George's County
(1943 Edition, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's County", sub-title
"Greenbelt"; be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, and to repeal Section 632 of said sub-title and
to enact a new Section 632 in lieu thereof; to repeal and re-
enact with amendments Section 641 of said sub-title, sub-
heading "The Council"; to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments Sections 643, 645, 646, 647, 648, 649, and 651 of said
sub-title, sub-heading "Elections"; to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sections 664 and 673 of said sub-title, sub-head-
ing "Administrative Service"; to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sub-section (5) of Section 691 of said sub-title,
sub-heading "Taxes"; and all to read as follows:

GREENBELT

631. The inhabitants of the City of Greenbelt, in Prince
George's County, are a body corporate by the name of the
City of Greenbelt, Maryland and by that name shall have
perpetual succession, sue and be sued, have and use a common
seal, and may purchase and hold or dispose of real and per-
sonal property for the benefit of said town.

632. The boundaries of said Town shall be as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument, No. 1 on the north right-
of-way line of the Branchville Glendale Road, said point of
beginning having coordinates of N 39516. 49-E 26874. 65, said
coordinates are developed from Triangulation Station "Cedar"
whose coordinates are N 43517. 17-E 36218. 56 and the bearings
given are true grid north bearing from Triangulation Station
"Cedar" to Reference Monument No. 3 for Station "Cedar"—
N 06°-38'-09" E—thence N 38-48-10 E a distance of 1468. 44
feet to concrete monument; thence S 77-41-40 E a distance of
200. 09 feet to concrete monument; thence N 30-13-40 E a dis-
tance of 3775. 56 feet to concrete monument; thence N 49-23-20
W a distance of 353. 70 feet to concrete monument; thence
S 47-08-40 W a distance of 249. 77 feet to concrete monument;
thence S 16-18-20 W a distance of 555. 86 feet to concrete monu-
ment; thence S 87-59-00 W a distance of 792. 23 feet to con-
crete monument; thence S 28-55-30 W a distance of 371. 30 feet
to a concrete monument; thence S 43-00-20 W a distance of
563. 18 feet to concrete monument; thence S 43-00-20 W a dis-
tance of 20. 00 feet to concrete monument; thence S 14-26-40 W
a distance of 20. 00 feet to concrete monument; thence S 14-
26-40 W a distance of 178. 00 feet to concrete monument;
thence N 38-19-20 W a distance of 500. 42 feet to concrete
monument; thence S 43-20-40 W a distance of 1088. 98 feet to
