section to be known as Section 576AC, to follow immediately
after Section 576AB of said Article, and to be under the sub-
title "Sabbath Breaking", and to read as follows:
576AC. Nothing contained in Sections 560 and 576 of this
sub-title shall be construed to prohibit or make unlawful the
exhibition of motion pictures on the Sabbath Day, commonly
called Sunday, within those sections of Allegany County out-
side the corporate boundaries of municipal corporations in
said county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1949.

(House Bill 150)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
44(a) of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), title "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish", sub-title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds", and
to repeal Section 44 (b) of said Article, eliminating the
provision which prohibits the erection of duck blinds in
any creek which is a tributary of the Patuxent River south
of Truman's Point.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 44(a) of Article 99 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), "Birds, Game and In-
land Water Fish", sub-title "Water Fowl and Migratory
Birds", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
44.
(a) No booby, brush, or stake blind shall be licensed or
erected in the waters of Chester River and its tributaries
within the jurisdiction of Kent County except in those
waters lying between Durding's Creek and Deep Point, or
between Wickes Beach Point on Wicliffe Farm and Grave-
yard Point on Spencer Hall Farm on Eastern Neck Island
and no booby, brush, or stake blind shall be licensed or
erected in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay within the juris-
diction of Kent County between the north end of Wilson's
