said county and City of Baltimore the percentage of the
amounts received from the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles
on account of the license fees on motor vehicles, Classes A
to J, inclusive, which the tax rate levied for the Incentive
Fund in said county or in the City of Baltimore bears to
the total county or Baltimore City tax rate.
The State Superintendent of Schools shall certify to the
Comptroller, on or before the last day of July and Septem-
ber, the tenth day of December, the last day of January,
March and May, one-sixth of the sum due the County Board
of Education of each county qualified to participate in
this Incentive Fund and the City of Baltimore if it is quali-
fied to participate in this Incentive Fund. Thereupon the
Comptroller shall within five days of the above said dates
draw his warrant on the Treasurer of the State of Mary-
land for the respective amounts due the City of Baltimore
and due the Boards of Education of each county entitled
to receive the same, and the Treasurer of the State of
Maryland, upon receipt of said warrants shall immediately
pay the amount due to the City of Baltimore and the re-
spective Boards of Education.
SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That the Act shall
take effect on July 1, 1949.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tions 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 58 of Article 19 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Comp-
troller, " sub-title "Uniform System of Accounts, " to
change said sub-title to "Uniform System of Municipal
Financial Reporting1, " and to revise and clarify the pro-
visions of said sections.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 58 of Article 19 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Comptroller, " sub-title "Uniform System of Accounts, "
be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, and that said sub-title be and it is hereby
changed to "Uniform System of Municipal Financial Re-
porting, " and all to read as follows:
