one day each week, to be designated by the Fire Chief, and
shall be allowed leave of absence with pay on account of
sickness not to exceed fifteen (15) days in any one year.
Any member of the Fire Department may accumulate
unused sick leave, from year to year, up to sixty days and
may use the same for sick leave at any time.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.

(Senate Bill 440)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (33) of Section 7 of Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Revenue and
Taxes, " sub-title "Ordinary Taxes. What Shall Be Taxed
and Where, " exempting additional Councils of the Boy
Scouts of America from taxes on real and personal
property.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (33) of Section 7 of Article 81 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Ordinary Taxes. What
Shall Be Taxed and Where, " be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(33) Property, real and personal, owned by the Balti-
more Area Council, the Potomac Area Council, the Wash-
ington Area Council, the National Capitol Area Council,
and the Delmar-Virginia Area Council Boy Scouts of
America, Inc.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1949.
