SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 279 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Millington", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1950.

Approved April 29, 1949.

CHAPTER 436
(Senate Bill 157)

AN ACT to repeal Section 210 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", subtitle "Galena", said section directing
the County Commissioners of Kent County to pay a
certain sum of money to the town of Galena for street
maintenance.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 210 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Galena", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1950.
