title "Rock Hall", to eliminate the provision requiring
the County Commissioners of Kent County to pay
annually a certain sum of money to the town of Rock
Hall for street maintenance.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 360 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Rock Hall, " be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

360. All the streets, alleys, lanes and public grounds
in the said town of Rock Hall shall be subject, however,
at all times for municipal and police purposes, to the con-
trol of the corporation, who may establish, maintain, alter
and repair said streets, alleys, lanes and public grounds,
and to make such improvements thereof and thereon as
may from time to time seem to be necessary, as herein
provided.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1950.

CHAPTER 433

(Senate Bill 154)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 65 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "Betterton", eliminating the provision
requiring the County Commissioners of Kent County to
pay annually a certain sum of money to the town of
Betterton for street maintenance.

Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
