Committee, together with the Building Committee, shall
enter into the contracts for the erection of said buildings
or additions. The County Commissioners of Garrett
County shall order payment of the bills for the erection
of said schools or additions as approved by the Board of
Education and the Building Committee of the respective
projects.
The said Special Building Committee shall also have the
authority to expend so much of the county funds as may be
found necessary and desirable for the equipment of said
buildings.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That in the event
the County Board of Education of Garrett County finds
it desirable to begin constructing any or all of said build-
ings before the funds are made available under the pro-
visions of this Act, then the said Board of
County Commissioners, is hereby authorized to
borrow such sum or sums of money as may be necessary
for this work and to issue note or notes for same, bearing
interest not exceeding three per cent. (3%), the said note
or notes to be paid out of the funds levied under the provi-
sions of this Act.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Attor-
neys at Law and Attorneys in Fact, " sub-title "State's
Attorney, " said new section to be known as Section 37A,
and to follow immediately after Section 37 of said Article,
relating to the salaries and expenses of the State's Attor-
neys and Assistant State's Attorneys of the several
Counties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 10
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact, " sub-title
"State's Attorney, " said new section to be known as Sec-
