accordance with Title XII of the Social Security Act, as
amended; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-
sections (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Section 14 of said
Article, sub-title. "Collection of Contributions, " sub-
headings "Refunds, " "Judicial Review, " "Recording of
Assessment, " and "Interest on Past-Due Contributions, "
so that contributions shall be refunded from the fund
and interest from the special administrative expense
fund; to authorize the Board to compromise assessments,
and to provide for the payment of interest into the spe-
cial administrative expense fund; to add a new sub-
section to Section 14 of said Article, sub-title "Collection
of Contributions, " said new sub-section to be known as
sub-section (k) of Section 14, sub-heading "injunction
Against Doing Business, " and to follow immediately
after sub-section (j) of Section 14, authorizing the
Board to institute injunction proceedings against em-
ployers refusing to file reports and to pay contributions;
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-section
(e) of Section 19 of said Article, sub-title "Definitions. "
so as to eliminate the sub-contractor provision thereof;
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-sections
(g) (3), (g) (4) and (g) (7) of Section 19 of said Article,
sub-title "Definitions, " sub-heading "Employment and
Interstate Employment, " so that said sub-sections will
conform with the other provisions of the Act and to
correct a typographical error and erroneous references;
to add a new sub-section to Section 19 (g) (7) of said
Article, sub-title "Definitions, " sub-heading "Employ-
ment and Interstate Employment, " said new sub-section
to be known as sub-section (o) of Section 19 (g) (7), and
to follow immediately after sub-section (N) of Section
19 (g) (7), so as to exclude casual labor outside of the
employer's regular course of business; to add a new sub-
section to Section 19 of said Article, sub-title "Defini-
tions, " said new sub-section to be known as sub-section
(r); of Section 19, and to follow immediately after sub-
section (q) of Section 19 of said Article, defining the
term "Special Administrative Expense Fund. "
SECTION l. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That sub-sections (a), (b) and (c) of Section 5 of Article
95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supp. ), title
"Unemployment Compensation, " sub-title "Disqualification
for Benefits, " be and the same are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments; That sub-section (f) of
Section 6 of said Article, sub-title "Claims for Benefits, "
sub-heading "Review by Board, " be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; That sub-sec-
