October, and November, as hereinbefore provided, shall be
entitled to the possession of said fish so caught, and further
provided that nothing in this section shall be so construed as
to prevent the shipment in interstate commerce of live bass for
propagating, breeding or stocking purposes in accordance with
Section 101 of Article 99 (1943 Supplement) or to prevent
anyone from catching or engaging in the catching of black
bass under the direction of the Board of Natural Resources for
propagation purposes or for restocking any waters of this
State in accordance with Section 103 of Article 99 (1943 Sup-
plement)..

76. It shall be unlawful for any person to deliver to any
private or common carrier for transportation, or for any
private or common carrier to accept for transportation, or for
any person to transport or carry or cause to be transported or
carried by any means whatsoever, any black bass into or from
the State of Maryland, except during the months of July,
August, September, October and November.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted^ That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

(Senate Bill 86)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
235, 236, 237 and 242 of Article 48A of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1943 Supplement), title
"Insurance", sub-title "Non-Profit Hospital Service Plans",
and Section 33 of said Article, sub-title "General Provi-
sions", changing said sub-title to "Non-Profit Health Service
Plans", and extending the provisions of said sub-title to
include medical and dental care.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 235, 236, 237 and 242 of Article 48A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1943 Supple-
ment), title "Insurance", sub-title ''Non-Profit Hospital Serv-
ice Plans", said sub-title to be changed to "Non-Profit Health
Service Plans", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
